Business hours, specialist availability, service duration, buffer time — Aigram considers everything before each booking. Double bookings are practically impossible.
What does the system check?
Business Hours
Bookings cannot be made outside working hours. Holidays and vacations are fully configurable.
Specialist Availability
On the Pro plan, each specialist receives bookings separately. The visit goes to the right person.
Service Duration
30, 60, or 90 minutes — the system allocates the slot with exact duration to avoid wasted time.
Buffer Time
A buffer time can be added to every visit — salon cleaning, prep work, 10-15 minutes.
Double Booking Prevention
Before saving a booking, the system checks all other bookings in that slot. Conflict is impossible.
Show Available Slots
If a client requests a specific day, AI lists all available slots for that day.
Multiple Specialists — Pro Plan
On the Starter plan — 1 specialist. On Pro — unlimited. Each specialist is connected separately — Aigram routes each client to the correct slot.
